1. What kind of occasion?
We can service any occasion; birthday, anniversaries, graduations, new babies/baby showers, gender reveals, promotions, retirements, open houses, coming home celebration and so much more!

2. How does this work?
You tell us the phrase and how to personalize it, we bring to life a greeting card in your yard. It's the perfect gift to let the whole neighborhood know it's a special occasion.
We deliver, set up and take down. You don’t have to worry about anything.
3. Can you deliver to gated communities?
Yes, we can deliver to a gated community, but we will need either an access code or the guard house will need to know we are coming.

4. How much lead time do you need?
Our signs are very popular and the more advance notice you can give will help you get the display you really want. Anything needed within 48 hours will be considered a RUSH order and if able to service will be subject to a rush fee.

6. What areas do you deliver to?
We serve primarily service the Louisville/Jefferson County area. However, if you live beyond the city limits, please contact us and we may be able to service you with an additional mileage fee.
7. Cancellation/Reschedule/Refund Policy
If a cancellation occurs (at no fault of the Supplier) the Client will be charged 50% of the full rental charge. Any cancellation that occurs within 48 hours of delivery (at no fault of the Supplier) will not be issued a refund.

8. Weather
If the weather prevents the delivery of your Yard Card, you will be able to reschedule for a different or refunded full amount.

9. What if the signs are damaged during my rental?
You are responsible for the Yard Cardzz signs during your delivery. You must sign a waiver stating your understand the responsibility of the sign rental. If sign’s are damaged during your rental beyond normal wear and tear and/or weather you will be responsible for the replacement of the materials.

10. Can I set up and take down myself?
We do not allow clients to set up and clean up Yard Cardzz materials. The set up and removal of the signs are included in the price.
